If you are like me, you spend at least 5 hours a day using Microsoft Office programs and navigating through the internet. The key to working more efficiently on your computer is to use programmed shortcuts.

I would like to ask you a few questions, if I may.   These are questions I ask myself, especially when the New Year starts and wonder if anyone else asks themselves the same questions.

• Have you made you 2010 Resolutions Yet?
• How many of the Resolutions from 2009 did you achieve?
• Are you being really honest with yourself when you pose these resolutions?
• Or are you doing these resolutions to please "the opinion of others or to please others?"
• Did you set up a realistic date...not a time frame, but a SPECIFIC DATE when you would like to reach these goals?
• Why did you choose these resolutions or goals, what was your purpose?
• After you reach your goals, do you plan to maintain them?
•  Do any of these resolutions improve or enrich your personal life (self, spiritual and health)?

Come on now...tell the truth.   Not to me but to yourself, because your personal goals or resolutions are not my or anybody else's business.   These are for YOU!!  

  Many foreign nationals come to Central Florida to purchase a business in order to get visas into the US on a somewhat permanent basis-so long as the business is viable the visa holder may stay, if not, they may have to get back to their country of origin.  The two most common types of visas are the L1 and E2 visas. 

  What is it about most of us who decide that "cheap" is better?  We do it when buying clothes, shoes, furniture, car, etc, only to find out, in most instances, that our decision was not a good one.  Why??  Because in the very short term, clothes look like hell and soon deteriorate, shoes fall apart and last only a few months, and our furniture rips apart easily, forcing us to go buy the same things within months-- doubling our expense!!  We do the same when buying a house.  We forgo the best location--in front of a lake or preserve-- to save a few thousands only to lose thousands more at the time of sale.  Remember, location, location??
